Just so you know the film has some gruesome moments in which not all survive. I rarely see a film i find myself talking about long after. It had made an impact. Talks - who thought the Russian pussy riot demonstration was hilarious? Freedom of speach has gone out the window! Silly really.

Has anyone seen the film "frozen" i watched it yesterday evening on film 4 for the first time. It stars Shawn Ashmore twin brother of Aaron (Smallville) 3 college people on a weekend break get stuck on a ski/chair lift after persuading a guy called Jason to give em a ride after closure. They're left in the freezing cold with no cell phones or assistance stuck high up on a chair lift for 48 hours. The whole survival thing really got to me and the fact it could actually happen was freaky. AMAZING concept for an incredible emotional rollercoaster! You guys totally need to watch it!

Perhaps my smoking post should have gone into this thread as an alternative I totally see what dcsagger was trying to explain. Globally our attitudes towards smoking are changing significantly. We're all living longer and healthier lives (according to THOSE stats) Governments are attempting to stamp "the butt out" pretty much everywhere now. What i don't understand is what's the point?? I do see it as an infringement of human rights to be fair. If people wanna smoke they will regardless of this anyways.

I suppose it's off-putting because the smoker's clothes can stink of cigarettes. If you kiss the other half their breath will also inevitably smell fowl. I've met people who aren't bothered about smokers so i guess it's based on personal perspective. Some non- smokers are turned on. You guys must have heard in the news about Australia haha
