I know what you're talking about man. I always smoke outside with buddies or in the garden. My dad smokes like a trouper and i'm not kidding like he proper stinks of fags. As i enter the lounge area it's literaly like walking into a past tense pub. NOT happy. Thankgod for the smoke-free upstairs! I want to say something but he goes all defensive and shouts at me. He isn't the same but it's not surprising with my parents divorce and everything that's happened since. Gosh that's years in the past. I would like to think i have moved on myself now tho. I hope to see me mum this xmas.

Coming from someone who isn't highly addicted i still cannot see meself going completely without. Smoking has become part of my lifestyle and has been since i started. The point i'm trying to make is it doesn't matter how addicted you are to cigarettes. You can smoke 3 or 4 a day - like me and still be hooked.
