      @CJS90 Appreciate your input dude thanks 👍 Mine is constantly buzzing in both ears all the time. If I'm distracted it takes the edge off. Mornings are the worst & at night in bed.

      push your palms over your ears, and then tap your fingers on the back of your head on the little knob where your spinal cord connects to your skull. It's helped me in the past. There's some science to it, but I forgot lol

      @TheOther1 still tricky even after COVID. I tend to request same day GP callback & take it from there mate. I've got Tinnitus which is driving me nuts lol

    I love Tennis it's a shame that us UK people need to sign up every single year for GS tournaments that aren't broadcast. YouTube is literally my saviour! I'd rather watch highlights than nothing.
