These skinny jeans i think are the low rise design jeans. I discussed it with my mate and we came to that conclusion. The denim fabric seems stiff because both sides rub hence the flapping. More so when they begin to slide as i'm walking which is embarrassing for me. Gives out like a farting noise ROFL I presumed skinnies were pretty much described as in the name - skinny fit catered for those with slim/average bodies.
