Got checked out today. GP diagnosed me with a bruise or fracture and prescribed me some codeine painkillers and apparently these have drowsy side effects. Finally a decent nights kip lol. Remind me in future, to switch the light on when running up the stairs and not to party too hard lmao

I'm a stupid idiot. Yep. I took ibuprofen yesterday which to my relief eased the pain for several hours at a time. I realised now, this evening, that the new stuff isn't having any effect whatsoever. It's also on my injured side laying in bed

Laura Doggett - Old Faces She is a fresh British talent and no doubt will have a mega inpact in 2015. Old Faces is a beautiful slow ballad (at first) which instantly draws you in.
