I have personally let everything go south lol. Been out exercising but cannot shift anything. When my treadmill arrives, will feel like on cloud nine as is my return to work on the 1st August. This might seem daffed lol, but i have purchased a non motorised treadmill from Argos. Apparently, it doesn't make much noise & is quite the business. Take 2x AA batteries to function. I cannot wait! Do some sags👌😁
