I was running an errand for someone today. My dreams came true, that as I came out of their house I caught this dude bb shorts sagging! It literally came from nowhere. Kinda chavy style wearing a black puffer jacket and black joggers and white trainers. Red boxers were shown above the sagging navy shorts (with stripes) that were full on underneath riding joggers.
