I gave up chocolate & broke the promise today sadly. Terry's dark chocolate presented itself (never had it) gave into temptation just couldn't resist.
Now I need to lose weight more than ever hard slog ahead.

Been experiencing something weird about this lately... I have been falling asleep after long shifts waking up semi hard.
