Every time i enter the Plebotamy i go queezy and the nurse turns the fan on. Today was my third and i did ok until it came to holding down the cotton when it kicked in. I hate that feeling when noise becomes kinda distorted and you go into shock. Are there any tips to combat this reaction? Once it takes hold of you that's it
