I've had success selling my underwear on sites/apps like Mercari and Poshmark. I'll be honest though and say sometimes it feels like it isn't worth the effort. If you sell them as a single lot you would probably have an easier time selling them. These days I just give them to people who want them for free.

If you want a more clean and understated look...I would say Calvin Klein, Hollister, or Abercrombie and Fitch. If you want a more athletic look...I would say Under Armour, Adidas, or Saxx.
