Yeah that’s true… good recipe for pancakes might help out to taste good… although I never made homemade pancakes, but had ate it at my uncles house, and/or at the diner (if you consider it homemade)… and they’re ehh in my mind. Oh yeah, I’ve seen the hook in the mixer to help knead the dough quickly… I never got to play with it much when I was in culinary class in BOCES program. But omg it’s very hard and a lot of work to do when I knead with my hand… but good experience.

I’ve made buttercream before… it’s a lot of work and skills! Did you have to make bread where you knead the dough, without kneading or both lol? Mostly I like making pancakes from the box lmao… I mean it taste better than homemade in my opinion. Oohh, I never made vegan dishes or desserts, but I’ve had 2 younger cousins who are vegan, and I think even though there’s some eggs and milk in some desserts, they’ll eat it, but no meat I assume.

Hey guys, I’m just wondering if you ever bake any cookies, cakes, brownies, pies, breads, etc. either at home, during culinary school, at a bakery if you work there? I mostly made cookies from scratch at home for the holidays, and for my family members as a gift… even I give them to all the workers at my dad’s job. We had fun doing that! I also learned how to make desserts in culinary class, but rarely I make it at home. I’ll share some few pictures of what I’ve made say weekly. Enjoy!
