Sagging's still popular, as far as I can tell. But, that is not really the point of sagging. They do it mostly for the culture and looks. I know people argue the culture, but you can't have sagging without the culture. And, it is dope!

I don't think Justin Bieber really did anything for sagging, in all honesty. You can check my facts on that one. I think the point here is that sagging is not quite what you're saying, and hence the discrepancy with Justin Bieber. As far as making a sagging mill for potential young saggers, I find that is highly inappropriate as well. Stick to what sagging is and always will be. Peace, SaggerMatt.
