Well, heavy metal/drummer is a great in to sagging. The culture sagged, at one time, at least. Now, I'm more hip hop and would direct you to oversize/baggy (I'm 41). But, I'm familiar with the rocker look. I think you can pull it off--what they used to wear in the maybe '00's sagging. Peace!
