Personally, I am kinda unsure about extreme dreams. Their existance itself is causing a stressful night, for sure. On the other hand, dreams might hide their true meaning. So, even harmful dreams might have just unharmful sources, like dropping a bottle. On the other hand, harmless dreams might have have harmful sources.
