No. People only use all lives matter as a way to dismiss and act like black people aren't being discriminated against. All lives matter may seem like it's more inclusive but people at least in the USA don't use it that way. All lives matter is a trump supporter saying that literally doesn't get brought up until someone mentions blm. Saying all lives matter at a blm thing is like going to a breast cancer charity event and being mad nobody is talking about lung cancer, nobody is saying that doesn't matter but its not what we are talking about.
