I agree with what is being said in this forum. It is very sexy to see guys sagging especially if it is getting lower and lower, always a shame when they pull up their jeans. For me, skinny jeans are the sexiest to see sagging in and I love it when they know you're looking at them, they always show off a bit more or else become shy.
