I'm 30, so I guess I'm stuck in the middle between "young" and "old." I came out when I was 19 (spring 2001) and became sexually active around the same time. At the time, a guy who was 25 was "an older guy" in my mind and someone over 30 was ancient. Some of my friends (around my own age) like guys in their 40s and I just didn't get it. As I got older, my age limits expanded. Right now, I'd say my ideal age range is 20 to "looks 40" (i.e., I'd hook up with a 60 year old if he actually looked to be about 40 or younger, but won't hook up with an old-looking 38 year old).
