Yeah that’s true… good recipe for pancakes might help out to taste good… although I never made homemade pancakes, but had ate it at my uncles house, and/or at the diner (if you consider it homemade)… and they’re ehh in my mind. Oh yeah, I’ve seen the hook in the mixer to help knead the dough quickly… I never got to play with it much when I was in culinary class in BOCES program. But omg it’s very hard and a lot of work to do when I knead with my hand… but good experience.
