Sagging's still popular, as far as I can tell. But, that is not really the point of sagging. They do it mostly for the culture and looks. I know people argue the culture, but you can't have sagging without the culture. And, it is dope!

I don't think Justin Bieber really did anything for sagging, in all honesty. You can check my facts on that one. I think the point here is that sagging is not quite what you're saying, and hence the discrepancy with Justin Bieber. It's definitely a fashion trend in sharp decline, in fact I'd say around here it's virtually extinct. It only survives in memory and around peoples homes by those that love it but don't want to out in public and do it. Lol I came close to being arrested once before I let Florida, we and a friend were watching movie in the park and it got late and neither of us knew that the park closed after a certain time.
