Thanks everyone. Life is weird sometimes. I will go as far as to say that I was abused when I was a kid. It was so bad that not a day goes by that I think about it and it's hard not to think about it. And then my little stint in jail where I was abused again and all chained up and put in cuffs and shackles for a really long time didn't help the cause either, although I got a lot of money for that and it helps a little bit I guess. I wasn't suggesting that he needed a shrink. Yes, the internet is a useful tool approach for researching stuff. Going on from personal experience, the best method was simply to confide in someone I trusted. My mood changed after that. It's different for everyone. I know for a fact that it doesn't take much to lift anyone who is either down or depressed. Ps, you don't need drugs or any other bullS*** "pick me up" to tell you that OR waste money on shrinks believe me. Take care, Lee
