I’ve given up with Instagram over the years. If they disable your account or your backup account, I would suggest just making a new account. If they shut you down due to “inappropriate content”, they won’t bother looking at emails from you. They will just shut you down. I would recommend moving to something like Twitter, or some platform that is more lenient. It’s what I’ve done.2 points

Yeah, I think that's the right approach. But, I don't agree that it is actually disgusting. Definitely don't participate in anything of which you do not approve.1 point
