Below ass & balls, almost always and everywhere (unless some formal occasion with suit & tie, but experimenting of sagging with a tie & blazer). This is lowest I can still walk around easily, tried it yestreday in downtown. (more pics in my site). Okay, I usually wear a long shirt and hoodie, but I have to rise my arms just a little or bend down to show all (and I do that often)1 point

As young as they like. I will of course remind them of proper places and situations but it his right. If my kid wants to sag at 5 or 6 then I will support him and not be surprised when I see his underoos.1 point
