Yo help a brother out some of ya know that I got raided by the SWAT police this week and I got charged for various drugs and felonies... I spent 12 hours in jail holding even though I got bonded out way before then. My questions are 1), they raided a gang house which is located in a "high drug area", which I live at. I LIVE, LEGALLY LIVE at the house, but they charged me for "loitering in a high drug area" - how is this possible if I freaking rest my head there at night? 2) They found a pound of marijuana, bottle of pills, little cocaine, a couple guns and paraphernalia. Word I did save up enough bank today to get an attorney and met with him, paid him in full down payment He said what shane said... and he also said I should stop sagging too....because the cops do profile and harass for it..... he says the cops thinks you do drugs by sagging your pants and it's just an easy opprotunity for them

I understand what yall saying.... it's just....its not easy to leave though... especially leaving a gang. It's too long to explain the details But I will say this... I only smoke weed. It mellows me out haha I do not do pills and other drugs.......

I agree. Remove yourself from the equation so you aren't surround by all these things and it'll change. I can't tell you what to do, but if you're surrounded by drugs and guns it'll only bring trouble to your doorstep.

That is so f..ked up. They can't charge you for any of that .. it wasn't in your room. The cops threw around a bunch of bulls.. It charges that won't stand up in court. The District Attorney probably won't prosecute you because the D.A. won't be able to present a credible case. But yeh bro you need to hire a good lawyer. A lawyer that will throw back at them that the charges are bu..sh..t. And it sucks because you have to go through all this b.s.
