Definitely believable. I noticed people doing it at school a few times, but since I enjoyed watching them, I wasn't going to make a fuss. It wasn't like they were being noticeable, but I picked up on it. No one else did. One guy in particular cut his pocket off (so there was then no pocket) and he could then look like had his hand in his pocket, but was stroking it. I sometimes jacked off at the same time as them, (wish could have j/o each other but never happened), and it is an amazing feeling, get a huge rush from doing it so close to people, feels like a big risk.
