I'm sorry, but really smokers aren't the victims here... its the people who have to stand by and deal with smokers second hand smoke. For every 1 smoker in a room, 30, 40, or however many people will be effected. It doesn't seem fair to me that 1 persons enjoyment should effect negatively the lives of many more people.1 point
