There is a thing called freedom of speech, which technically this does fall under. THis si so ridiculous, but even more so is how all the parents support it. Like if you don't want your kid sagging, then don't let him jeez, you don't need a law to tell them not to. In addition, just because people sag doesn't mean they aren't going to university. Lots of university people sag...1 point
